Purchased 5/21, but didn’t use chair right away – after 30 day warranty expired. It has squeaked loudly since I first used it and continues to do so – every time my weight shifts. Dogs never get used to it. Verified all the fasteners are tightened multiple times. It sounds to me like it’s coming from inside the cushion assembly itself where the mounting flange is.
From top of seat to top of arm rest (nice 1.5 inch padding) is 8 inches. With chair in lowest position it is 27 inches from floor to top of armrest

I’m 150 and the seat gave out. There are staples at the seems that pop out one by one as you sit. I had to put a small cushion below the mesh and above the metal thing to keep it from bottoming out completely.
I received the chair with a broken piece. I took pictures and sent it out, yet never heard back anything. Nobody responded ever. I suppose you can return it.
I am not sure about the gray chair, but I don’t recommend purchasing. One of the rollers (plastic) broke and I’ve barely had the chair two months.

I bought the chair because of folding arms. It is not the most comfortable chair but for the price it is not bad. The seat could go flat after long usage. I could not use it 8 hours a day for sure. For your money there are better chairs for same money.
I believe its 250lb. I’m at 240lb and it works just fine for me. No hang-ups scooting around on the carpet or floor to carpet and back.
I’m a pretty big guy close to 200 pounds & I haven’t had a problem with the arms of this chair, however I put most of my weight toward the middle or back part when I’m getting up or sitting down, and it will be fine!

Nearly the same. Faux leather is supposed to be a vinyl material. Whereas ‘bonded’ means pulverized leather by-products then ‘bonded’ or glued to a fabric backing.
I haven’t had this issue. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer. Possibly it’s a problem they have seen before and can help you.
