Easy & straightforward to assemble, and the ottoman is movable (it is not attached to the couch at all) which I love. This is not the most comfortable couch in the world and isn’t really ideal for entertaining but if you’re just looking for a spot to hang out and watch tv or read, you can’t beat the price. It’s modern gray couch equal in comfort to any similar ikea couch for a fraction of the cost.

Your back rubs the back of the couch and gets really uncomfortable. Also thought we were missing the legs. Make sure you look under all the pieces for it.

It’s not comfortable, the cushions are stiff, hopefully they will soften up. I was charged $100 for the delivery, not sure what that was for, I wish they would’ve taken them out of the boxes and assembled them, instead I had to assemble the pieces.

Yes, all you need to do is reverse the installation as it was easy to put together. You will need to detach the back support then unscrew each sections on the bottom held by 4 x bolts for each connection. It’s fairly light so one person could easily do it. Disassembly should be no more than 20 min tops.

It’s fairly light and easy to move. Less than 50 lbs. The shipping boxes (this item ships in 2 boxes) are large but very manageable as far as weight is concerned.

No. They don’t even do replacement cushion covers. It’s as if each of these sofas was stamped out and packaged up at a factory and Hornby just bought them up on the cheap… or won a bet… or LOST a bet…
Yes. So far. I bought this sofa for my two sons who share a small apartment. They have only had it for a short time so I don’t know how it will hold up long term. For now it is very comfortable and I believe the cushions have Velcro on the back to keep in place.
You just need to slide the long sofa seater into the metal brackets of the right armrest, reverse assemble could not succeed. We have attached a video for reference. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us through Amazon, there will be customer service to help you solve the problem.
